I agree with the previous comment that the "Sea View" suite is really kind of a misnomer. We did pay the extra 20 Euros and while it wasn't bad, it probably wasn't worth it. Plus, that puts you on the very noisy side of the hotel. You'll be overlooking a busy multiple lane street and it can get pretty noisy... more

My wife and I have stayed in many hotels on the Cote d'Azur, but can't remember a better one than the Renoir. Good quality rooms, spacious and practical bathrooms.
