The Best Western Hotel Roosevelt is (in my opinion) a long way off being 3 star. I stayed here for 5 nights based on other reviews, price and location . For the price we paid, this place was definitely above average. A '3 star' hotel, only a few blocks from the beach and the old town, with comfortable, small rooms.
