The rooms were very clean. The owner, Jean Pierre was very helpful. I wouldn’t say it is “centrally” located as it is about 10 minutes from the Sea and 20 or so to Old Town. It is one block from the train station (Cannes, Monaco, etc). It was away from the noise of the tourist areas so we were pleased.... more

Room was small, slightly noisy from the road in front of the hotel (early morning dustbin lorry!) but was very clean, recently redecorated, bathroom refurbished, air conditioning provided. Loved this friendly little hotel. Wonderful staff that made us feel very welcome. We got the train to Nice, so the hotel was 5 mins away, which was very welcome. However I think it is better to stay somewhere more central. more
