A 1970 hotels which is in need of renovation and so far they have redone floors 7 through 4. Work has started on floors 3 through 1 and I was told that renovation of the lobby and food and beverage outlets will also start this year. It is very handily placed for the main transport infrastructure near Zoo station and especially the excellent No 100 and 200 buses.
