We stayed here for three nights in July. I booked over the Internet and found the staff to be very helpful. Regretfully I do not speak German but the person who dealt with me was fluent in English. I stayed here several times in the summer of 2007 and kept coming back because a) it was conveniently located for the Friedrichshain area b) it had a modern relaxed feel c) really good service d) inexpensive. Stayed here a few nights in October. Slightly spartan 'Ikea' feel to the rooms but extremely clean and comfortable. Cheap rates and in a good location - about 5 minute walk to Warschauer Strasse station and easy walking distance of loads of bars and restaurants in the 'funky' Friedrichshain area.
