When we walked into the hotel we were stunned. Being on a young people's coach tour we weren't expecting great accommodation. Hotel Berlin was fantastic. The only downfall was that our room smelled strongly of smoke. But you get that problem all over Europe. more

Decent four star hotel. Smart looking from the inside. Very spacious room. Staff friendly enough. Location good (10/15 minutes from Zoo train station but probably better to get the 100 bus which stops right outside the hotel). Definitely buy a Welcome Card for unlimited public transport and discounts on most museums. Berlin itself is amazing! Enjoy! more

The inside doesn't look like the outside. Seems the hotel has been refurbished not too long ago, the interior design is nice. The room and bathroom are modern and clean.
