Just spent 11 days at the sultan with our 8 month old baby. We did order a cot and was told it would cost 10euros. On arrival it turned out to be 10euros per day plus taxes, could have bought a cot for less. Parking was extra too at another 10euros per day in a underground car park, which was... more

Family of two adults and two children aged 7 & 4. The breakfasts were buffet style. If you wanted any hot food you would have to get it at 8.30am when the kitchen opened. No hot plates used so any time after this the food would be cold. Service in the restaurant not particularly good. We were checking out early,... more

Great location, easy access to beach and wonderful rooms and maid service.Unfortunately, all, except one,of the reception staff need to go on an anger management course--unhelpful,discourteous and one was damned rude.A shame but easily resolved because we will not be returning. more

Stayed at the Sultan Club for the first part of my Easter vacation with family and friends. When we first arrived we were informed we had rooms on different floors but after explaining the situation the hotel reassigned us rooms opposite each other on the same floor. The rooms themselves are very spacious, as were the balconies, although they didn't... more

Very happy with this hotel, clean fairly spacious rooms, the staff were friendly and helpful, area was nice and quiet, short walk to beach and shops etc. About a 10 minute cab ride to Puerto Banus for some shopping. Generally a well run hotel. more

Very nice staff & very clean. Rooms were very large & it is situated well, only a few minutes walk from town. with 2 shops close by. However the food was awful, you'd really need to go down to the waterfront for some nice dinner. Try the fish cooked on the boats on the beach. Avoid Mama Ginos nearby. Outdoor... more

We spent a lovely week at the Sultan Club. Accommodation very good apart from the kitchen which was on the small side and was quite well-equipped, and sadly there was no kettle - so we had to boil water for a cup of tea in a saucepan! Next time we will bring a travel kettle as we intend to go... more
