This is a 5 star hotel. The owners have thought about everything at every turn and clearly they care. We stayed in the duplex suite - lounge upstairs leading onto an almost totally secluded medium sized terrace. they really make you feel special in this hotel which is an authentic palace mixed with mostly tasteful and a few tasteless things...what an experience ! rooms are great only thing `i found the breakfast a little disappointing for the price 22 euros-hot choc was poor ,omelette cold,maybe best to skip and go to cafe somewhere more

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Palma, and does not care about staying at a hotel that is on the beach.
