Ours did not have tea-making facilities but it did have air-conditioning and a lovely view of the Hotel de Sant Pau next door. I spent 4 days here last September. Rooms are spacious enough. Good location. However, very noisy. Hospital in the area and ambulances with sirens blasting day & night.
