Simon was a very kind host. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast he made us every day (cured ham, manchego cheese, fresh melon). The room was clean with enough space to put away one's clothes and belongings. Bedlinen and towels were great, in fact the towers were of a better quality than you often come across in 4-star hotels... more
