This is a beautifully decorated hotel in a good location with a small swimming pool. It is just inside the newer part of Santiago, but only 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral. Ahem...a five star hotel...but no one outside to help with the parking. Call me picky but it would have been helpful (the car park entrance was next door but it was in no way clear how bags were to be shifted etc). In the end it was easy but it held out little promise.
