we found the hotel quite easily in santiago, be careful not to drive into the old quarter! the car park is right after the hotel in a one way street. then you have to pick up your bags and register to the hotel. This is a really nice hotel. I only stayed for one night, but my room was extremely pleasant, the staff were really helpful and the fixtures and fittings are all of a very high quality. Santiago is a lovely town - some very impressive architecture. Really friendly people. All in all, a real pleasure. more
