We stayed for three nights and were not impressed. Located close to Discos, Friday and Saturday nights impossible to sleep. Also, there is no free shuttle to airport as we were lead to believe. This hotel was ideally situated near to many restaurants, coffee shops, tapas bars and shops. Metro less than a five minute walk, making it a good base to discover and explore Madrid. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was extremely clean and breakfast was enjoyable. more

The location of the Carlos V is very good. It is a side street off the main square Peuto del Sol.
