Agree with much of what's been said that's positive! Staff are helpful; rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable rather than luxurious (but nothing wrong with them for the price); shower works fine; we had no problems with noise; located close to metro which is useful. March 05 more

Stayed at the Gran Versalles beginning Dec 12 for six nights. The location is good via the subway (50 yards). Staying in the Sol or Gran Via area would have been much more convenient and but probably more costly (excellent subway system). The room was very clean with good service throughout. The four stars are really for the spotlessness of not only the rooms but of the Hotel itself.
