I stayed in this hotel while on a tour of Spain. Though the lobby was somewhat grand and stylish, I was disappointed with the room quality. I was with both my parents and the only rooms they had for three or more people were interior rooms that were dark and faced the opposite side of the building only a few... more

Beautiful, modern hotel in Madrid's northern business district (near the Santiago Bernabeu stadium). Decent service, gorgeous rooms, and not a bad location really--a few km north of the main attractions, but right on a Metro line. more

This hotel was booked as part of a meeting I attended in the conference centre nearby. Check in was efficient and the room itself was a good size with a comfortable bed, a decent sized sofa and a good desk area. Unfortunately the television was not visible from the sofa and both of the clocks in the room showed the... more

We stayed for a long weekend from Malaga at the Cuzco Hotel..We booked thru a travel agent in Malaga..thru bancotel and got a super weekend deal..Only 50 euros for a double room! The hotel was very nice..cannot complain..We basically used it only for sleeping as we were out all day.We did not use any restaurant facilities there but ate breakfast... more

Stayed in the hotel whilst attending a business meeting - was very pleasantly surprised. Cannot comment on the location as it was one of those airport-hotel-airport meetings. However the hotel was spotless and very modern in design- and most importantly - everything worked. The rooms were large with state of the art CD/MP4 players and plasma screens and wireless internet... more

Although the rooms were quite pleasant if you like the modern style and the location was very convenient to the financial district, the service was atrocious. It seemed as if the answer to every request was "no" and then, if pressed, sometimes quite hard, the response would become "yes." The staff whether at the front desk, the restaurant or in... more

We stayed at the AC Cuzco for five days. The property is located in the business/financial district of Madrid which is on the opposite side of town from most all of the tourist attractions. You either have to take an expensive cab ride to and from the hotel, or take a 25-30 minute metro ride, changing lines, to reach the... more

Excellent choice - all of what you need and none of what you don't need when on business. Much better choice than many 4-star hotels in Madrid with hefty prices and attitude. PROS: Location, Cost, Room Design and Size, Fast and Reasonable Laundry Service, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast Buffet, Good Value for the Cost. CONS: Would like W-LAN included in... more

What a wonderful find, recommended by a Spanish colleague this hotel not only has reasonable rates but is stylish, modern and has a hint of class about it. The rooms are really great, personal multi media style player which accommodated my MP3 USB player directly. Nothing better than having your own music when relaxing ! Close to a fair few... more

The Cuzco is a basic business hotel in the heart of the financial district in Madrid. There is no reason I can think of to stay here if you are a tourist, except if maybe you are a devoted fan of the Real Madrid soccer team whose stadium is nearby. The food in the restaurant is truly dreadful but thankfully... more
