Poor organisation and non-functioning jakuzzi and entertainment system in our "suite" were major disappointments. Victoria 4 is well located, near Plaza de Sol, about half-way between the Prado and the Royal Palace, and a short walk to the Gran Via. There are many restaurants in the immediate neighborhood.
