The hotel is near university with supermarket nearby. It's room is nice and clean. However, its shower tub needed a better design to prevent wafer leak out the tub. Hotel Renasa was a perfectly normal hotel. Professional, clean, normal size rooms. Nothing fancy. Just standard 3-star hotel. The two downsides - you have to pay to park in the parking lot, which isnt very cheap, and the hotel is in a very drab section of town - all block apartments and lifeless streets. more
