Lovely owners and amazingly clean. It's basic here but you have everything you need--clean bed and bathroom, table and chairs and a little fridge. The owners are Italian and their American daughter-in-law greets visitors who speak English. All were very friendly and helpful. We ate at both Aristide and Trattoria da Billy--both were great.
