Worst 4 stars I have ever seen. Not even worth 2 stars. Rooms are ok and maybe slightly bigger than the average 3 stars hotels in Europe but that's as good as it gets. Spanish woman at front desk incredibly helpful. When her shift finished, we need to ask the Italian replacement clerk a question, and he didn't give us the time of day!
