The hotel, while lovely with a great view, was overshadowed by the pushy restraunt guy, trying to sell us food we didn't want and overcharging us at every opportunity. I think 30 Euro for 2 cups of coffee is a little steep. OUr lunch in which we had a bottle of wine, 2 pastas and a shared salad was $122... more

As soon as we turned into the Bay of Paraggi on our way to Portofino, I knew I wanted to stay there. Fortunately, we couldn't park our car in Portofino and were sent back to Paraggi to Park'n'ride back to Portofino.
