Very nice room, modern in decor, larger room than most hotels we stayed at in Italy, big bathroom, staff/front desk was ok, but not super friendly, very close to metro station and lots of shopping more

Starhotel Ritz is a very disappointing experience. Rooms are small, gloomy and depressing and any request for service or help was either ignored or denied. No irons or steamers for clothing, although you can send out for their servicing (24+ hours later). A/C is not kept on even during warm months, which keeps both the rooms and hallways very hot.... more
