We stayed at the Casa Pisani and felt their customer service was above and beyond. We left a watch behind and they mailed it to us. Though it was our fault they would not take payment for the postage. The rooms were very clean & beautiful. Breakfast was great. Highly recomend! more

We really enjoyed this small, off the beaten path hotel (I hesitate to call it a hotel since it has so few rooms). The rooms are clean - note that they are up one long flight of stairs and there is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage, you may be in trouble. The rooms are clean... more

Stayed for 3 nights. It's only 5 rooms, and no reception, and no staff (apart from breakfast and cleaning). We had reservations at this hotel three months in advance (held with a credit card). When we arrived, we discovered we had been moved to another property (Locanda Canal) where our experience was less than satisfactory. Beware--you may make reservations here, but never get to stay here. more

Stayed here fore two nights in November. I was quite pleased. The hotel is well appointed and very clean. There is an internet computer that you can use. Someone complained about the breakfast. I really can't. Its more than you get at a lot of places and its free. I had no problems with rancid milk or anything like that.... more

great place to stay. about 20 min walk from train station. the hotel personal are great people. Breakfast was good. A little hard to find in the dark, but the directions listed by hotel on the website are right on. Would stay again. more

I agree with everything said in the previous review. We left too early for breakfast though so can't comment about this.
