We were (group of 10) at the Columbus hotel in Aug. 07, the rooms are not too clean, and some are missing bathroom door. But, the worst is the staff's attitude, they make you feel very uncomfortable, could not request or ask for anything, never even a smile from the dining room staff. Would never go back more
