Our stay at Il Poggiale was the best part of our Italian tour - our private villa was lovely, reasonable and had stunning views of San Casciano. The staff were fluent in English and very helpful with external reservations and internal accommodations. 5 stars - definite recommend! more

After reading all the reviews on Tripadvisor we decided to stay at the Villa during our recent visit to Tuscany. Undoubtedly a unique property, with a historc touch, a relaxed ambience and a beautiful setting. We chose for the second time to stay at the "Villa" beacuse it is a fantastic place, quite and elegant, and in a strategical location to visit the surrounding Chianti area, Florence and Siena. The Villa ii Poggiale is one of the most attractive and romatic locations one could have in Tuscany.
