approx 10 minute walk to city walls, very clean and quiet place to stay. The rooms were big and lovely en suite bathroom. Staff very nice, kitchen downstairs for you to help yourself to refreshments. Room only but next door is the best patisserie ever with a large choice of filled rolls, cakes, pastries and drinks. more

Found this place on the internet. Off the beaten track a little, but found it by getting a map from tourist info. on the way into Lucca. If you need a base to stay that's clean and quiet and a 10 min walk from town at a reasonable rate - this fits the bill. You had to check in between... more
