We have stayed there 3 days in late November 2007. This is a wonderful place with great views and typical of the Tuscany. We had a room in the main building, the casa Cappezzano which is fairly new. We enjoyed our week here very much. It's not like a conventional American hotel so if you're looking for service 24/7, go somewhere else. Service was friendly and efficient without being overbearing; breakfast simple but adequate, dinner (not available every night, they ask you at breakfast and need a minimum of 6 diners but there's no pressure) very good indeed... more
