We stayed at the Crystal Hotel for a night after doing the Glacier Express. The Staff we very friendly and helped us out with things to do when in town. Stayed in many 4 & 5 start hotels and this was one of the nicest. The staff was very friendly,chatty and had no problem with special requests. The room and bathroom were nice and new. Stayed with a tour group. Rooms were small but cute. Beth was surrounded by wood -3 sides - room had wood carvings in the ceiling and wood on the walls. Right in St. Moritz - call walk around the town. Kinda far from lake. Free internet in lobby was a plus more

A nice Hotel, completely renovated set exactly in the hearth of St. Moritz. From the outside it dosen't appear to be a hotel, but from the inside it is really nice. My room was completely furnished in cembran wood, very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. Food is excellent, nice Winelist and very friendly staff. I can recommend it to anyone... more
