The hotel is a very old impressive chateau, which in old times should have been very luxury. But, at present it definitely needs renovation outside and inside. This hotel is in an elegant old building and decent location 10 minutes walk from the train station. But it is run down and not well managed. For example, at 8 am the halls were being vacuumed. For the price we paid, this hotel was horrible. As stated before, it is very old and outdated and does NOT have a heated swimming pool even though it is pictured in brochures for the hotel and on every description of the hotel. There seemed to be much, much better options. more

As you approach the hotel it looks a stunning old building. You walk in to the reception and are greeted by friendly staff who are very polite and helpful.
