Simply put: A cannot miss in Amsterdam. Eric went above and beyond for us. Clean place, great location, easy to find, very close to tram line. Let us check out late with no extra charge. Purchased concert tickets for us, at cost, no extra charge! Etc... The guy is amazing. Steep stairs so pack light, or make two trips. NOT... more

Eric was wonderful! He was helpful and even helped with our luggage. He was very accommodating in letting us check out late and did not charge us extra. The apartment was delightful--you really feel like you live in Amsterdam. The apartment is close to all the mail attractions. The kitchen is well equipped and a grocery store is around the... more

We booked Eric's B&B on Prinsengracht, Apartment V, for a week in August to coincide with daughter's Amsterdam wedding. Booking was easy, once we had found the property on the website we emailed Eric with initial enquiries and then confirmed the booking by telephone. On arrival we found that the apartment was every bit as good as it had looked... more

My daughter and I stayed in Apartment V for 5 nights in early August 2008 and I can endorse all the previous complimentary reviews. The location of the apartment is perfect – very central and a very pleasant view of two canals. If there is any unwanted noise at night just keep the window shut and don’t forget your insect... more

We have just returned from Amsterdam after staying for a week at apt M on the Prinsengracht. What a fantastic place this is. The location and view are awesome, one of the best in Amsterdam. There is absolutely no need to go out, just sit in the lounge window and watch the world go by. It is a couple of... more

My husband and I stayed for the entire month of May in the larger, "Zen" apartment on Govert Flinckstraat. It was perfect in every way. Considering that it is just a studio, it is ingeniously arranged to utilize all available space to the best advantage and to ensure as much privacy as possible. The apartment was sparkling clean---cleaned every 5... more

The appartment was just like our own house, warm and cozy. We could not believe our eyes when we saw how spacious it was. Everything we needed was available and was specially impressed with the Wedgewood plates and silver utensils for us to use. This made us really felt special and pampered. Also got awed when Eric told us that... more

My girlfriend and me stayed at the prinsengracht-appartment for 4 days. Four wonderful days I might say. Really, the view over the historical canal from our bedroom was spectacular and romantic. Also, all the attractions like the Van Gogh Museum, the Anne Frank house and the shopping district are nearby, within walking distance! Furthermore, the appartement was clean and quiet,... more

What a wonderful location is the prinsengracht! A real old canal house, in the center of town, you will really feel part of it instead of a tourist. On top of that it's a very stylish place, clean, luxurious but not over the top. I'd recommend this place to all my friends! more

My girlfriend and I stayed in the appartment on Prinsengracht and really enjoyed our stay. The appartment does make you feel at home right away with very homely features (pictures, books, cd's). Eric is always willing to help if you have a question and he knows a lot about amsterdam. The location is perfect, near restaurants, bars and the anne... more
