First off we got a great deal from our travel agent, and that helped. But this low key modest chain hotel is in a great location and has nice little bar/restuarant. We had a great time, and the staff was friendly, and spoke good english. more

We stayed at the Ibis for 4 nights in August. The location is excellent. The rooms are basic but very clean. There were so many restaurants just minutes away . The staff spoke English. If you can get a room rate including breakfast you will not be dissapointed. The breakfast is excellent lots to choose from and the quality good.... more

Simple but nice hotel room. Clean. Location is great. Flat TV and aircon in the room. Located not among other building leaves some OK views from the room's window. Elevators are a bit slow and sometimes loaded with guests and their luggage. Reception staff was rather ignorant, however cleaning ladies are very friendly and polite. Felt like a cruise ship. At first our toilet had no cover to the tank. Sheets rough, bed very uncomfortable, pillows poor. the 13Euro breakfast was terrible. The place was clean, very well located. more

Centrally located about two blocks from Grand Place. The room is unusually large for a Euro hotel. Hotel has a 24 hour bar and snack service. I've stayed in this particular Ibis in Brussels before and I liked it for its convenience to the Grand Place, the train/metro station, and value for price. The 2nd time I came was during the Jazz Marathon and it was a great challenge to keep my good opinion of the place. The staff seemed overwhelmed and overworked with the crowds.... more

this hotel is in great location. clean, basic and functional. central station is just around the corner. staff is ok, not friendly, not knowledgeable enough when it comes to restaurants. rooms are typical- smaller compared to american hotels. it's surprising ly quiet knowing that just outside has so much hustle bustle. more
