We had a 3 night stay here and I honestly could not find anything negative about this hotel. Coming from Zaventem aiport simply go to to Level -1 and take a train to Gare Centrale (20 minutes) and the hotel is opposite the station. We had a lovely large twin room overlooking square at the side and although the hotel... more

Spent three nights here last weekend. Had a slight hitch with our booking (the hotel couldn't locate it -not sure if this was their error or the error of the company we booked the trip through), but the issue was resolved swiftly, with a smile and without issue. The hotel itself is located a few steps from Grand Place and... more

Only stayed here for one night on a business trip so did not get a real feel for the hotel. Basically just checked in at around 6pm after work, went out for the evening, then checked out first thing the next morning. The entrance was very elegant and impressive, and expensive looking. Rooms and bathroom also felt very comfortable and... more

Stayed here for 2 nights on a great weekend break deal through Eurostar. Clearly a business traveller/eurocrat hotel, but none the worse for that. Very good quality well appointed rooms, ours was on the 5th floor, quiet, well maintained and very comfortable. Great location only minutes from all the sights and sounds, restaurants/bars etc. Very easy onward journey from Brussels... more

This is an extremely convenient and comfortable hotel from which to explore Brussels. We arrived at 11.30am and were shown straight up to our room.It was bright airy and spacious. The bathroom was lined with marble and spotlessly clean. We didnot bother with the expensive breakfasts but went to a local restaurant and had breakfast for one third of the hotel price.I would... more

Booked via Eurostar, and after reading Trip Advisor entries. Location was super, and the staff helpful and charming. Room was very high standard, comfortable, peaceful and really well appointed. Pity the bath plug knob fell off, but it wasn't a disaster. Bar was expensive, but not the place to be because it seemed to be inhabited by corporate types, especially... more

Booked this hotel as part of a 2nt package with Eurostar. 3 of us travelled and we wanted a room each so at just over £200 each the price was a bargain for a 5 star & train. Location is fabulous at just opposite Gare Centrale and with a 5min walk to the Grand Place. The hotel staff are what... more

This was a business trip for three days using Eurostar and based at Le Meridien. It's a great hotel - excellent location, by Grand Place, with all historical/ cultural amenities within walking distance. The reception staff was uninterested and unhelpful and seemed unable to cope with a group arrival (though surely we were expected!). However all other staff very attentive... more

Comfortable hotel on good location. Just a short walk from Grand Place and all the restaurants. Parking is ideal, valet in front of hotel for same price as public garage. We had a nice non-smoking room on the 4 th floor. Staff is rather uninterested, however, and not very experienced and to me is below Starwood standards. Price of room... more
