Booked a twin room for two nights (£110 inc breakfast). Located in the Louise area of Brussels, which is 3 stops on the tube from midi station. Had free upgrade to room with annexe (junior suite?) OK. The hotel is nice enough and the rooms pleasant. The service is however appalling. Note the following: (a) They succeeded in blocking my credit card with charges. Via Brussels we went to Paris and booked the NH for one night. A perfect welcom, good room with comfortable bed, good shower, nice care products. I forgot my blazer and could pick it up a few days later on the way back; an excellent service, because most of the time these items just disappear....;-( more
