It’s difficult to add something new to the glowing reviews of this lovely hotel after visiting for the first time. The Adornes was just about faultless. The hotel’s quiet charm was matched by the friendly and efficient receptionists and the waitress in the breakfast room who were all most helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to see a modern lift in... more

This was our first stay in Bruges and now we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! All the receptionists were friendly and ultra-efficient, with lots of information ready to hand. Room spotlessly clean, with really comfortable beds. All the other staff we met were very pleasant and helpful as well. Breakfasts out of this world, lots of variety, cereals, different... more

Both my wife and I stayed here recently, we had heard it was a great hotel and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location only minutes walking distance from the main centre. Our room was very clean and overlooked the canal. Parking is just around the corner in an... more

This Hotel comes recommended on tripadvisor and rightly so. It is a period house (well two actually) that has been refitted as a hotel. The refit has worked and while the rooms are small, they are amply provided for with high quality fixtures throughout as well as good glazing on the windows to cut out noise from the street. Location... more

We stayed here for a short break for our 5th wedding anniversary. I cannot fault the friendly welcome we received; the hotel has a nice atmosphere and all the staff were incredibly helpful. Hotel is a little way out of town - 10mins walk or so - but this short distance from the main tourist spots mean it is relatively... more

My husband and I stayed at the Adornes for one night when returning from a European holiday. We were lucky enough to be able to book a room the day before our visit - it was fully booked by the time we arrived. I can echo the comments of other reviewers - the receptionist was exceptionally helpful, and we were... more

A family room wasn't available during our stay, so we opted for a double room with an extra bed in it (our 2 children are small enough to share a single bed). Our room was on the ground floor, directly facing the canal and the cobblestoned street. Views were lovely, but there was occasional traffic in the morning , although... more

This is a lovely hotel at a very affordable price. It is centrally located, so you can walk to all of the attractions. There are also free bicycles for use, so you can partake in Brugge's cycling atmosphere. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Although a smaller hotel, I can easily see why it's considered one of the... more

Positives: Room was quaint. It felt like we were staying in an old Belguim house attic. You could not hear the street noise, although limited. Bikes were free to guests to use. Staff was always pleasant, as we all know, can make all the difference. Breakfast included many options to choose from. Negatives: Elevator is tricky; we did get stuck... more

This is the first time that we have been able to get into a TripAdvisor top rated hotel. We were not disappointed and totally agreed with all the positive comments. In addition we were recommended several local restaurants which are off the main tourist areas and were served delicious well cooked meals with excellent hospitality. One of the reception staff... more
