One of the worst experiences we have ever encountered. Upon entering the hotel lobby/foyer there was a moth eaten stained sofa chair which looked like a recycling project. The concierge gave us key to room, we tried to take the lift but it does'nt take more than 1 person with luggage, as we opened the room door it was coming... more

The location of this hotel was fantastic. Right in the heart of the city and at walkable distances to the monuments and locations around Lisbon. However please do not include breakfast in your package. The breakfast consisted of stale bread and one type of cereal. The coffee and orange juice is from a vending machine. It would be better to... more

I have mixed feeling about this hotel. The location was great, right in the middle of the historic district, close to the subway for greater exploration. The atmosphere was good around the hotel. My first impression of my room location was that it would be noisy at night, it wasn't, the street quiet. But... The service was crappy, I waited... more

We chose this hotel because of its central location, in a small side street, just off Rossio square in the Baxia area of Lisbon. An extra bonus was that the airport bus stops in Rossio Square, only 50m or so from the hotel. The location is excellent for a short visit - we stayed for 3 nights - but the... more

I thought the rooms were a bit grubby looking although they were cleaned everyday. It is certainly showing its age. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights then went to Sintra for 3 and came back to the hotel for 2 more nights. The first room was a double and very small. I found it hard to manuveur... more

We booked this hotel online after seeing very desirable photos of this hotel on its website. LIke other reviewers' comments, what you get is completely different to what you see on the website. The first room we were shown was appalling, so bad in fact that we asked to be moved to another room. The receptionist admitted that we were... more

We booked a twin room with en suite facilities, and, upon arrival, were informed that the hotel was fully booked and the only available room was 104. When we reached said room, the locked door was loose enough to move about an inch either way prior to being opened! On entry, it was clear that the door to this room... more

Only stayed the first night here even though we'd booked three. Awful, the air-con was very old and very loud. So if we had the air con on we couldn't sleep for the noise and if it was off we couldn't sleep for the heat. There was a large basin 3 feet wide (no I'm not joking) in the room... more

The Turismo recommende this. It is central and cost 45 EUR. We were resonably happy, although some building works were on so it smelt a bit. The breakfast was ordinary but at that price what can you expect? more
