The location is excellent for first-time Athens visitors. As others have stated, it's convenient for sight-seeing, dining and shopping. Was traveling with my daughter and we felt very safe in this location. We walked all over Plaka at night with no problems. Good location with a beautiful view of the Acropolis from the restaurant/pool area. However, the room was disappointing. The mattress and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The bathroom was acceptable except for the very small shower stall. Overall, this room was not worth the money. more
