THis is NOT a 4 star hotel. Its very much a dormitory feel and not that of a hotel. Breakfast was worse than a s chool cafeteria. Front desk staff sruffy but helpful. Location is a tad away from main attractions but easily walkable. more

Nice hotel in a pretty central location. 10 minute walk to the city center, also pretty close to the train station. Rooms are small but typical of a European hotel. Very clean hotel and very good service. Would stay their again for the value!!! more
brilliant hotel - cross-over trip between business and pleasure - great location, lovely staff and fantastic room (5th floor) - will definitely stay here again! more
Had a three night stay at this Hotel Aug 8-11th. It's really close to the Railway station and Tivoli Gardens. So the location for us couldn't be better. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. A few minor problems - Booked a double room and they gave us a twin room, which is typical of continental hotels. The Safe... more
The Hotel was located close to the Central Rail Station and our double room was comfortable, clean and secure. The kindness shown by the reception staff really made this hotel stand out for us. They were very friendly and could not have done more to help us enjoy our stay. The only bad point is the high priced breakfast but... more
We wanted to stay near the downtown area, so we picked this hotel, just a few blocks from the train station and the Tivoli Gardens. The neighbodhood is a little dingy, lot of gum on the streets, not a very pretty neighborhood. Hotel had no internet during our stay, because "The computer is broken and the service is down". They... more

But there are other hotels of high standards nearby as well (Clarion Collection for one), so do your research. Two main problems- the bed was too small for 2 people,... more
First Hotel Vesterbro was very conveniently located and close to the Central Station, Tivoli and the main shopping areas. The hotel staff were very helpful and responded promptly to all our requests - especially when we found there was no hot water in our bathroom, they quickly moved us to another room. The room was comfortable, clean and of a... more
Hotel is in a farily convenient location, however it seems to appeal to mass tourism and has a cramped feel. It's new and with all amenities, however rooms are way too small for the price paid. Great breakfast room and food was excellent. However, for the price paid, the second night I switched to the Radisson SAS in front of... more
I stayed at First Hotel Vesterbro as part of my Globus tour of Scandanavia. I was there 2 nights. First, the bad points. My biggest complaint was my room was small. I don't like having to maneuver around my room. I've heard that small hotel rooms are standard in Europe but that isn't always the case. I stayed at other... more
