The hotel and their building are in transition...a lot of remodleing. This is a multi-story former apartment bldg. Our room was remodeled with pleasant amentities, modern bath, etc. The hotel can't decide if they want to cater to upscale in-room bath travelers or more budget -minded guests. This hotel is conveniently situated in walking distance of the old city (Gamle Stan). The rooms are comfortable, spotless and well sized. The bathrooms maybe a bit old fashioned but also clean.
