We booked the Helka hotel through Finns Tours so we didnt do it ourselves but the hotel was very clean and the staff were courtious and spoke perfect english. They were willing to book taxis etc. for us too which was a nice touch. Our room smelt a bit on arrival but that went with a bit of an airing.... more
