Pros: A wonderful building full of character in a pedestrianised, cobbled side-street off Kaernterstrasse. Very helpful concierges who bent over backwards to give suggestions and accomodate requests. This is a nice hotel in a good location. But WATCH OUT! They charged me for items in the mini-bar that I didn't use. They refused to refund, only issued me a Best Western credit after lots of follow-up on my part. Who needs that hassle after paying 139 Euros a night?! more
