This is a terrific property. Very clean, comfortable bed, and an unusually good breakfast included. The desk staff all speak English and are most helpful. Free WiFi in the rooms, plus a free computer in the lobby you can use if you don't bring your own. The location is a couple of blocks from the tram and also the U-Bahn.... more

We were shocked that this hotel has but 3 stars as it certainly has 4-star amenities and is in a 5-star location! The photos on its website (www.hotelaustria-wien.at) are entirely accurate, not the usual artful exaggerations that make everything look larger, newer, cleaner & brighter. After reading through the various comments and the rating on trip advisor I was sure this would live up to expectations and it did.
