We have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over Britain, I have never complained about any of them. This hotel is disguisting, dogs everywhere, including the dining room. Staff rude and unhelpful. Bedrooms dirty and old fashioned. DON'T STAY HERE more

Another most enjoyable stay at a family and dog friendly hotel! The Headlands is most definitely a family run business, in fact various factions of the family own and inhabit the Hotel Messina (next door to The Headlands). The Headlands commands an imposing position overlooking Llandudno, at the top end of Hill Terrace - posing a challenge to the timid driver, as you need to park at a 45 degree angle... more

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 3 days stay at Headlands and were very pleased with our experience. The hotel is a Victorian building with lots of character and the breakfast area has wonderful views of Llandudno Bay and across the peninsula to Deganwy.The room was clean and modern (with a four poster bed!) and a good view... more

We stayed on the top floor and the views were amazing. We chose this hotel because they allowed our dog to stay and we're glad we did. There was plenty of room in the dining room where we had breakfast, and plenty of breakfast too. We, and our dog, enjoyed our stay. more
