Tired and dated generally. Food un-exciting and old folks home proportions. Room/bathroom needing decorating and basic maintenance, mattress uncomfortable and had to be changed and hopefully not swopped with another room. The St Kilda is slightly better in most respects. I took a group of 40 people here for a Turkey & Tinsel break. Some of my party were disabled ( 1 guy is blind) and I was promised porters to help with luggage. No sign of any and we all had to struggle in tiny lift that was very spasmodic. Rooms were clean and comfortable as was the rest... more
