Just awful!!!! Rented the top 3 bed flat. It is tired, grubby, showers all mouldy, no shower water pressure, just a trickle, shower head broken in 1 of 2 bathrooms. Can't close bathrooom blind as strings missing. Power point improperly fitted. Some lamp bulbs not operating. Kitchen cupboards dirty, rusty old dishwashwer with broken rack. I agree with the other reviews, the staff are poorly trained and customer service is non existant. The hotel is tired and it is also worth noteing that this hotel is animal friendly and although I love animals I was not happy when I was eating lunch with my husband and baby and there where dogs running about us.
