We stayed here on the 30th august. We booked two rooms, we were a party of 3 adults and 2 toddlers. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Both rooms were nicely decorated and clean as were the en suites. Both rooms had a kingsize bed and two single roll out beds, which were ideal. There were two coach parties... more

First time stay at a Days. When we arrived the reception was littered with suitcases due to a tour bus, loud music was being played which made it difficult to hear. Confirmed at reception that our room was an 'executive" and included breakfast. The room itself was tiny and the bathroom only accommodated one person at a time. There was... more

The hotel proved to be ideal for our requirements - two miles outside of Wakefield. Check in was fine and the choice of rooms was equally fine. It is all very clean and functional. The biggest disappointment was not being able to eat in the restaurant until after 8.00 pm as there was a coach party in. Ate in Wakefield... more

Friendly and effecient check in, very comfortable bed. The room was fine for an overnight stay in terms of space for luggage etc. Lovely, powerful shower with Dove / Lux lotion provided. Even though I'd asked for a quiet room, we overlooked the dual carriageway. However the double glazing turned out to be effective in preventing too much noise. They... more

We were looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay on a journey to Scotland. Having read the reviews on trip advisor I decided to give this a go and was very pleasantly surprised. The welcome was very friendly, the room was clean and sizeable with a lovely bathroom with a very good shower. Dinner was ok in the restaurant,... more

This hotel is very isolated, 2 miles from shops bars or restaurants. If you're not in a car you can get to it on a £1 bus to Ossett from wakefield, ask for the top of Roundwood. Its worth the trip - the rooms are much more like a quality international than a motel. The room was clean, the bed... more

Room: king size bed - very confortable. Nice bathroom though a little small. Luckily I was on my own. Contrary to other reviewers I was OK with luggage space as there is a wardrobe area to put your clothes in if you are staying more than 1 night. and if you are only staying 1 night surely you only have... more

I stayed at the Days Hotel in August 2005 for two nights, and this was my second stay there, so I knew what to expect. The hotel is just off Junction 40 of the M1 on the left on the road into Wakefield. Upon arrival there is lots of free parking and the car park is well lit during the... more

The hotel is designed for the business traveller with no luggage - there are no drawers and very little space for putting anything away. However, the rooms are clean and have an enormous and comfortable bed. One thing to be wary of was that the bar staff didn't question my partner when he ordered drinks at the bar, just put... more
