This realy is a grubbly dump of a hotel. Who ever called it Comfort Inn clearly does understand Irony. I was Joined in bed by a cockroach who was more at home than i was. This is a grotty little hotel. I have stayed at Comfort Inns in the past and am surprised that this is the same chain. It is on the main street in Earl Shilton, and parking is at the rear in a decidedly dodgy location. There are no signs indicating the reception, it's as if they try to keep it secret... more

I stayed at the Comfort Inn whilst in the nearby area on business, the hotel being booked via the company. The name alone is the only reason this hotel was originally booked. As soon as my partner and I walked into our hotel room the smell of smoke hit us and as we are both non smokers it was disgusting, especially as it had tried to be covered up with perfume/air freshener. The hotel was lovely, clean and friendly staff. The bar was nice and lively on friday night with a Karoke and Disco. Good place to stay for the weekend away from home. more
