Booked a superior room, and it wasn't really up to scratch. Supposed lounge room in our room wasn't there. Instead we got a chez lange with a big old cigarette burn in it! After reading the last review we were a bit worried about this hotel but I'm glad to say we didn't have any of the problems mentioned before. We found the hotel to be spotless clean and all the staff were extremely helpful. We would definately recommend the Ascot and we will be back, thank you for a fantastic stay. more
