I stayed in the Hotel Manzoni for 1 week in April. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Very friendly staff who really appreciate it when you try to speak some Italian (learn a few phrases before you go), very good location, excellent food, very clean. our one night stop at montecatini terme we stayed last minute at hotel manzoni. Staff very frinedly on arrival, clean rooms, small a bit noisy by courtyard, but glad to find a room. Good value for money. more

Have recently stayed at the hotel Manzoni and found it somewhat lacking. The hotel is shabby (but at least clean) and the staff all seem to begrudge the guests for intruding upon their day (or night). Not the friendliest welcome you could expect, and the aircon in the rooms didn't work either. more
