When I first drove up the drive I was impressed but this didnt last long. Reception was unhelpful and the room was nothing short of disgraceful. The bathroom was filthy and the bedcover covered in dust. The sheets had blood stains on them. The restaurant was poor by any standards. Food was fussy and absurdly expensive. Never again. more

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in December 2007. The room we were given for the first night was awful - not even up to 2 star standards in my opinion - it was in the annex/courtyard buildings surrounding the car park.
