We stayed at Riverville House in Kenmare for 3 nights. The location is great, just a short walk to the town center. The view from our room was spectacular. We were originally given a room at the back of the house, but the other couple asked if we would switch rooms with them. We wound up with a great view.... more

We travelled throughout Ireland for two weeks in September and The Riverville House was one of our favourites, Margaret is a wonderful hostess and offered us tea and biscuits after our long day of travel and gave us excellent advice. Location: In proximity to Kenmare (walking distance) and the Ring of Kerry, you would be hard up to beat this location with private parking without the tourist-fest that is Killarney. Margaret is the perfect host and her impeccable taste is reflected in the decor and food. She greeted us with lovely tea and biscuits and provided the best breakfast of any of the four B&Bs in which we stayed during our 10-day Ireland holiday.
