Poor hotel, rooms are small and dull. They actually charge 3 Euro for 20 mins wi-fi access (yes 3 euro for 20 mins) which is beyond ridiculous. This Hotel is just excellent. Limited amount of parking space is the only minus. Good receptionist and good staff generally. The real treat is the Jacobs Ladder restaurant. Good food and good service. Would recommend this hotel for anyone. more

We had a group of 13 stay at the hotel in May for 1 night. Overall the hotel was OK but watch out they do automatically charge your credit card in US Dollars. This doesn't give you the best exchange rate. I asked them to void the charge and redo it but they wouldn't. more

stayed here with my husband for 3 nights. was lovely!! gorgeous lagre room ( number 8). view of the harbour, very clean, great service, great food and breakfast ,great staff. would definately go back here. quite romantic setting. couldn't fault the hotel worth the money. more
